Paris

As a child, I celebrated one of my birthdays beneath the Eiffel Tower, blowing out the candles with its iron silhouette rising above me. I could never have known then that, years later, I would return to Paris with a camera in my hands, searching for moments in its streets.

Perhaps that is why photographing Paris feels so personal. I am drawn not only to its landmarks, but to the quiet gestures, fleeting encounters, changing light and everyday scenes that give the city its character.

For me, Paris is a place where memory and photography meet, a city I once experienced with the wonder of a child, and now rediscover through my own eyes.
